Tune into 143 Radio next Monday, July 15 from 2-4pm PST, my monthly radio show on NTS. I will have a special guest, Mr. Slow Jamz of Slow Jamz, on with me and I’m looking forward to a hearty chat and a live guest mix.
And now, what follows are my personal notes on:
FITNESS AND NUTRITION, A MISSION
With our final house move complete, I felt ready to shift my efforts into a different category. I could finally prioritize my fitness in a real, transformative way. I brainstormed myriad ideas like, “I want to shed the last of my baby fat!” “I want to run several half marathons!” “I want to feel strong in my legs and core!” “I want to log 100 running miles a month!” “I want to learn tennis!”

Time efficiency - Is this going to take up a lot of my time?
Convenience - Is this going to be difficult to execute? Financially? Logistically?
Consistency - Is this a system I can be consistent with? Do I foresee any burnout?
When all of the above is on point, it’s easier to be consistent, and consistency is what we need to get results.
Here’s what I’ve come up with:
